    1) No phone for first 2 hours of the day.
    Else spend time with your family. Water plants or read something.
    2) Making a NOT TO DO list for a day.
    Knowing what to do is important but what not to do is also equally important. Example: Get away from distraction.
    3) Find your Mentor or Coach. Share your problems and their suggestions will help you to lead life happily and confidently.
    4) 10-3-2-1Rule - 10 hours before your sleep cut out caffeine.
    3 hours before your bed time cut out food
    2 hours before your bedtime no work
    1 hour before sleep avoid any electronic device.

    The no phone rule is actually fairly simple to follow once you make up you mind to do it. It’s nothing more than a mind game. I have successfully been doing it for about a year now and honestly, that whole feeling that the world will collapse without your presence just melts away. Plus, it doesn’t let anyone else’s mood affect yours. I wonder what took me this long to embrace the habit, but now that I have embraced it, I won’t have it any Other way!

    I was having issues in keeping up with my daily routine due to depressing phase of my past and ever since this year started I just kept a diary make a to do list and follow it at the end of the day I just write what I feel and express gratitude for what I have. Believe it or not it has helped me a lot. Thanks for sharing these tips with us..I surely will accommodate that in my daily routine..🙏🙏🙏

    Saloni Didi, I have recently been working hard to set time for writing almost everyday. I have written and published several short stories and poems and I am currently writing my debut novel. When I am in writer’s block, I still manage to get some writing done by free writing or editing my writing. I don’t have any word count goals, but I always have some time everyday to pour my heart through words and get lost in the story. I love you

    This is exactly why you're the best you never say things that are already out there! In a way they all are but a compilation that makes so much sense. My favourite was not to-do and 10-3-2-1( I almost follow this). And yes I don't touch my phone atleast for the first 3-4 hours in morning although it's not everyday but thanks to this video I am gonna make sure I follow it each day!

      I totally agree! Im 61, had to retire 5 years ago due to medical disability. First Saloni video I've ever seen. The most beautiful, kind and encouraging voice.
      I've tried not using my cellie for the first hour without much success. Her magical ideas helped me realize I need to FILL those 2 hours with positive ME time, not just lay in bed jonesing for that time.

    I have become a morning person with no phone to bed and even in the morning. Started exercises and walk. Even your last point 10-3-2-1 rule have helped me to feel light in the stomach and help me get up early. Thanks a lot. God bless you.

    1.Wake up early, no phone 📱 fr 1st 2 hrs of day
    2.Making a not-to-do n to-do list.
    3.Actively looking for a mentor/ coach.
    non-negotiable learning hours.
    5. 10-3-2-1 rule.
    ..no caffeine before 10 hrs to bed
    ..no food before 3hrs to bed
    ...no work before 2hrs to bed
    ... No electronics before 1hr to bed

    5 Habits I follow!
    1. No phone in the first hour in the morning, 15mins morning and evening before bed with God and thanking him for everything I have.
    2. No food after 730 pm.
    3. No whats up and phone during my walk and jog for 75 mins. Voices of nature soothes my mind.
    4. Read for 20 pages about anything other than work to know an learn new.
    5. Watch only 3 hours of TV in a week.
    Practice simplicity! It solves many issues.

    I am so happy to share that it's been more then six months, yes even I follow a habit of not touching my phone for the first 2 hours on waking up, and it's such huge help in transformation , growth and very powerful day .

    Will actively try to follow the 10-3-2-1 rule. Due to online b-school and internship, the sleep cycle is disturbed, of which the side effects are beginning to reflect on mental and physical health!!
