    Hello Charlie, I was trying to find a video on your channel that speaks on bursitis. I couldn’t find anything. Do you have any valuable information for a woman that is 75 years old and has bursitis that will not go away it’s only getting worse. Every video I’ve searched for has young people doing exercises for bursitis however there are no videos of seniors doing the exercises. Just like men and women Demonstrating what Seniors should do, lol. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

    Do you do any work with people that have IT band syndrome?

      Get a deep tissue sports massage and tell them to do your Tibial band and Quads only.
