      I'm very privilege. My cycling buddy is retired pro 😁
      He helps me a lot with training. But after many years of training (a lot of different disciplines) I know myself pretty good and tying to listen what my body is telling me

      It's very important to mix a lot of Zone 1/2 rides with some more hardcore riding. Building your endurance base is as important as doing zone 6 🔥
