Hello friends.
Sorry I can not write good English.
But as a professor of Persian literature, I needed to say one thing about this song.
The poem that is sung in the beginning of the song in the form of sad and calm songs and in the form of original Iranian songs is a very famous and protest poem by one of the greatest poets of the last hundred years in Iran, Ahmad Shamloo, in the comments of one of my compatriots named Mehrdad Jamshidi translated it.
Ahmad Shamloo is a new poet, a breaker of tradition and the founder of a new style of poetry in Iran. Which has been persecuted, imprisoned, and constantly fighting by both Iranian governments over the last century, the Islamic Republic and the former monarchy.
This enthusiasm of the people for this song is due to the very first part of the very beautiful song and poem and the protest of Ahmad Shamloo. His soul is happy.
