Boca means "mouth" in Spanish and Portuguese and is part 2 of the Dystopia trilogy, which deals with bullying and hate comments, in particular the online variant ("A trick behind a mask, a ridiculous freak" from Scream). Boca has the lines "Why do you fill your precious time with hate" and "Too many angels dying now", which points to the effects those comments can have. Several Kpop idols have committed suicide in recent years, most likely because of cyber-bullying, but this is also about all the unnamed people who suffer from online bullies. A girlgroup tackling such a subject impresses the hell out of me. They literally go to war in this video and tell haters to go and shut their "Boca" in the lyrics. And the song is absolutely awesome! Who said you can't have three different musical genres in one song?

Aside from Korean and English title, Dreamcatcher so far tend to have titles in French and Spanish (arguably also Portuguese bcs Spanish and Portuguese sharing some words, just like for BOCA) I guess they need to get 2 syllables for the song and both Korean and English only have 1 syllable for mouth so they chose BOCA from Spanish.
My assumption is based on nerd side of words knowledge.. some vocal letters doesn't fit for specific intonation, syllables count, and etc. dreamcatcher have entertaining nerds behind them, fans keep being detectives each comeback just to guess the title. Not only song producers related to words and intonation, even editors and videographers also doing their best things, like involving chemistry for mysterious code with correct colour scheme with the chosen compound..

Piri (Within the alternate dimension the Spider Queen cursed Yoohyeon in, she finds a Piri, which she uses to direct Jiu in What to use the book. The entire group goes into the alternate dimension and confront their fears. Jiu finds Yoohyeon, the girls reunite, but they are all trapped in the alternate dimension.) 7. Breaking Out (An alternate telling of Piri's story. The difference this time is the Red String of Fate binding the girls together and helping them find each other and ultimately break out of the Nightmare.)
