Looks like my kinda place...
Too bad the video at the end didn't continue to Meadowbrook Way on SR 202- I was an assistant inspector/surveyor for WSDOT when the short bridge east of the intersection was replaced in 1994 with a steel plate arch culvert and a new signal was installed. Fun times.

@@le_see The Milk Barn was there in '94. Got a good story about the previous traffic signal. Back in the day some inspectors had keys to the control cabinets, myself included. The controllers were such that you could "stop time" on a signal phase, and at least once or twice when the high schoolers were going to lunch I opened up the box and locked it on green so they could head to North Bend ASAP :)
