Thank you very much for uploading this song and all the other songs on your channel!!! I am a big fan of Egoist and her songs! They are just awesome! ^^
+Jack The Ripper Egoist is well-known for being represented as Inori in Guilty Crown. ^u^ You can also see that the albums almost always have Inori illustrated on it.
That's a pretty wild piece of art. I just finished Psycho-Pass 1, 2, and The Movie, so I was in the market for another good show. I actually just signed up for Hulu last week and saw Guilty Crown in the Anime list for the first time. I wasn't planning to watch it because they don't have more than 4 episodes available as Dubs for streaming. But after giving it the 3 Episode test, I decided I really like the show, so thanks for exposing me to a great show through this video! Came for the Psycho-Pass, stayed for the Guilty Crown!
+JOUE BIEN TECH im in the process of watching 2nd GIG! Thanks for the suggestion. I came to that conclusion on my own and have been watching it off and on as I go over the past few weeks. Thanks for the suggestion!
+Gabriel Jose I personally thought it made a decent transition. This track changes pace often between 3 different style tempos. That's part of why I like it. 3 parts that make up a great song when put together. That quiet part makes the transition work in my eyes. That's just bmy opinion though. You're absolutely entitled to your own. From what I've seen, it would appear more people than don't. I've only heard/seen a handful of people say they don't care for it, but that's a 'your mileage may vary' sort of thing.
Sorry for the typos. Didn't catch em til' after the fact. "That's just my* opinion." and "From what I've seen, it would appear more people like* it than don't."
+TheBoltokPriest I know it has 3 different tempos, I kinda dislike the that particular part because it just doesn't fit in the other parts imo, I love the other parts tho... I know this is nothing more than an opinion, you don't have to make that clear for me
I have come up with a pretty wild theory about the title "Nameless Monster", at the beginning of the series, they get to know of the brutal murder cases that Makishima has caused, but they don't it was him and Makishima is a monster without a name, does that sound fair enough? o-o
TheOneOfSeven How about the nameless monster being you? the mind, for we would be nothing without it. we are our own monster, creating a formulation of denial and illogical facts to put together a system of ruling factual minds. the system is, in itself, in its own creation, a monster of the people.
By the way, does anyone think Guilty Crown feels similar to Code Geass in terms of general feel and design? Like certain events, character designs, setting/world building? Stuff like that. I came up with a list of similarities I've noticed so far if anyone is curious.
The best part is 00:00 till 1:10 the rest is just awfull. I thought this is gonna be an epic drum and bass song. Turns out it is a japanese superspeed dance beat
By the way, does anyone think Guilty Crown feels similar to Code Geass in terms of general feel and design? Like certain events, character designs, setting/world building? Stuff like that. I came up with a list of similarities I've noticed so far if anyone is curious.
So far, I've only been able to tackle the first half of the show for the purpose of making my comparisons. I actually just finished watching Guilty Crown last night, and I realized the more I watched, the more unique the show felt to me. I'd say past episode 16, it veered into a great set of twists that really separated itself from Code Geass in my eyes. Episode 19 absolutely blew my mind and really captured my heart. Until that point, it felt spiritually like I was watching the same show, but everything changed with the second half of the season. Now I personally really enjoyed Guilty Crown and felt that it thrived on its own uniqueness despite having a lot in common with Code Geass, but that's just my personal opinion, and you are entitled to yours. Code Geass is one of my all-time favorite Anime series, so obviously I have some bias in favor of it. But despite that, or maybe because of that, I really appreciated Guilty Crown for what it was. Now, as far as the list itself goes... The list I've come up with is a quite a lot of text. Not sure if I can post it all here, but I'll try. If not, I'll see about simplifying it tomorrow and I'll post it tomorrow. Or I can post it elsewhere and send you a link. Edit: Looks like only half of it will fit in here. I don't wanna blow up the comment section with this, especially since this is technically a Psycho-Pass Music Video. (Kind of crazy to think only a few days ago I was all beat up about finishing Psycho-Pass, and now I'm feeling the exact same way about another great show.) But If you or anyone else is interested in seeing what I came up with for a similarity list, drop me a message. I can either simplify it and post it back here later, or post it somewhere else and send you a link. I might also post it on my blog later or something. Just let me know!
I found Psycho-Pass a few days ago and I am now officially in love with Egoist! 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you for the 1,000 views!

+Egoistina oh, that makes sense 😊 thank you
Egoist didn't actually exist until Guilty Crown. they just ended up making a new band with the same singer
same singer

If your in the mood for more Cyber Punk like Psycho-Pass have a look a "Ghost In the Shell" which was part of the inspiration behind Psycho-Pass.

Am I the only one who hate that part so much?

Sorry if I offended you by clarifying my intent. I felt it was better to play it safe than be sorry I didn't. Glad you enjoy the rest of the song.
Johan Liebert's perfect theme anyone?
Makashima was somewhat based off of Johan, actually!
good song to listen to before a round
thank you
Props to Ryo for the awesome Yoko Kanno (GitS) homage.

damn I thought the same
Arpita Dujari Thank goodness I am not the only one ^w^ That theory has been stuck in my mind for a while owo

Could be a possibility, but I am sticking with my theory owo
TheOneOfSeven that's cute. lol. doesn't quite make sense.
Found the series Psycho Pass a few day ago, totally in love with it.
“It could be just my fantasy.”
Excellent song!
Am I crazy, or are the four notes that play after the first nameless monster the exact same thing that the Death Note first ending ends with?
I knew it reminded me of something! You're definitely not crazy.
Whaaa!!! I love this song!

I think the art is from Guilty Crown
Egoist chose Inori from Guilty Crown to be their trademark, so that's the reason they used it. Chelly never actually shows her face.
By the way, does anyone think Guilty Crown feels similar to Code Geass in terms of general feel and design? Like certain events, character designs, setting/world building? Stuff like that.
I came up with a list of similarities I've noticed so far if anyone is curious.
I didn't realize it, so I am curious
same writer, composer, art designer.
nvm the composer is Hiroyuki Sawano. He did the music for Kill la Kill, Attack on Titan, etc
Artwork link ???
That artwork is fuckin amazin!! Is it from an anime? If it is, someone please let me know. Thanks xD
Its from an anime. Dont remember the name doe :/
+JKing01283 The anime the artwork is from is called Guilty Crown

+JKing01283 The actual song is featured in Psycho-Pass
