This drama has a smart FL. The ML mistakes SFL for FL after regaining his eyesight. The SFL helped him believe she had cared for him for the 3 blind years. Because of the SFL's lies the ML tortures the SFL.
BRAVO to the writers for not having the FL return to the ML. The ending is sad but powerful.
I agree. There were plenty of people telling the ML it was the FL, NOT the mistress who cared for him. He couldn't tell their voices or smell a part? At least the FL has her unborn baby to keep her company.

There is no way in hell, that a blind person would mistake those two women. No way in hell. I had a blind co worker, he could tell us apart when we entered the room by the way we walked, by our voice, by our smell. He could even tell, who was typing on the notebook. He would greet us, even before we greeted him. He knew who walked on the corridors and was the first to "warn" us, when our boss got off the elevator. This ML spent 3 years close to the FL. He never heard her voice? Never heard her walking? Never smelled her? Never touched her? It is the same with those dramas, where the patient, who has been in a coma wakes up, is fully (!) conscious and can walk around....
Probably the writer is dumb enough not to know that blind people develop these skills to protect themselves 😭😭😭😖😖😖😱😱😱😱otherwise the story should have been better 🤬🤬🤬🤬

You missed it at the beginning of the drama. The FL's bff calls her to tell her that intimate photos of the FL and ML were posted online. The pics had the FL's face blurred but her birthmark could be seen. The FL guesses right away that her bff posted the photos to try and help the FL prove the SFL was a fake, so she asks the bff to remove the photos asap. The friend does, but not before the ML sees them. The ML becomes suspicious because although the face is blurred making it impossible to verify her identity, the woman's body in the photos looks like the FL and not the SFL. That's why he starts looking for the birthmark on the FL. He never saw it while they were together because of his blindness, but he saw it later in the pictures posted online by the FL's bff.
FL is not that innocent either. Instead of telling him everything she just lie and lie. The birthmark is tattoo lie she made that on the spot 🤯
Omg. Thank God for that ending!!! Loved the FL. She was a strong and independent girl. Even though she was hurting, she didn't let it show. Great drama. Need more like this!!

I was thinking the same. It would’ve been a perfect ending if she left with the 2nd ML. He loved her and was there for her and was willing to help with the child. That would’ve been a great ending. I feel bad for him. I would’ve picked him 😊

Какой бред. С первых секунд уже картина выглядит по идиотски. Сразу видно, что вокруг стоит толпа слуг, знакомых и друзей, кто может девушку опознать. Мало того за три года можно было сказать своё настоящее имя и попросить его хранить этот секрет до какого то времени. Раз она молчала, значит не доверяет ему. А дальше тупой автор этой мыльной оперы будет крутить сюжет с подделкой личности. Да не возможно это никогда в жизни, чтобы любящий человек свою любимую не опознал. Слепые людей опознают ещё надёжнее чем зрячие. По запаху, по очертаниям лица, по голосу. У нас в России уголовное дело без свидетелей и зацепок было и его раскрыли благодаря показаниям слепой женщины. Она на ощупь, ощупала лицо насильника. И потом сделала совместно со скульптором такой точный слепок лица, что он послужил фотороботом и преступника нашли. Для чистоты эксперимента ей привели несколько подозреваемых, она среди пятерых безошибочно его нашла лицо на ощупь. Так это преступник Кон актировал с ней всего несколько минут и один раз в жизни. А тут три года вместе и он её не знает. Рассчитано на недоумков, а нормальным людям с мозгами нечего и посмотреть путнего.

Why do people take these drama’s so seriously. If you don’t like stuff like this then don’t watch them. My theory towards them is to leave the brain aside whilst watching them and enjoy the nonsense. Also regardless how bad the ML behaves I like them repenting and we get a happy ending. Basically I’m not looking for reality as In real life the FL would never put up with this much abuse.

People don’t like dramas with a message that women should accept being abused. A fluff drama with a good moral is great. And at least this one had a great ending after 2 and a half hours of maliciousness from the male lead.
But so many others send horrible messages to women to expect and accept men who abuse them.
These Chinese scenes where doctors at a hospital are so corrupt they will do or say anything illegal or criminal for money are bizarre. I wonder if they represent the reality in China where I heard that corruption is rampant. And someone can just forcefully drag a person to the hospital to draw their blood without consent! And take almost double the safe and allowed amount.

finally a drama that didn’t wast my time. he is really blind even when he can see he can’t see at all. also how could you not tell by the voice or touch. it means he is totally blind and deaf plainly have no brain filters, he lost all his senses. i was so happy she chose to leave with her baby, not like some other like oh i need to stay for the baby. she and her baby are better off without him. this fl was strong smart brave. i totally understand why she didn’t choose the other 2ml because love is precious she guarded him as a good friend only.

The point I liked she didn't get any effort to make him believe that she is the one who was taken care of him when he blinded.

I’m not sure he ever actually loved her. This man is in love with an idea-not an actual person. He thinks he is in love with “the person who nursed him to health” but doesn’t know or care who that woman is as a person. He can’t even identify her after 3 years together. That’s not love. That’s what a naive child might think love it, but not an adult.

Good ending. There was too much madness that happened for her to forgive. Just get away.
The FL got herself in a bad situation. ML was in love with the FL sister but he became blind in a car accident. Sister ran away and the families urged FL to be substitute, take on sister's identity, and care for the now blind ML. ML was not aware of the arrangement. The producers of this drama did not make this clear and it is easy to be mistaken. ML went overboard with his cruelty so it is better that FL goes far away from him.
The writers suck if they didn’t bother to make the basic set up of the plot obvious. But as you say, even if we knew that set up this male lead was unforgivably abusive.
He doesn't even realize that his true love
He has no “true love”. That would require him to ah e actual emotions and not just “I like you because I think you saved me” to anyone or anything.

Self assured FL, interesting plot (not very realistic as usual) but finally an ending that makes sense. I just thought that the scenes where ML was still blind and was caressing FL’s finger and “learning” her body shape were a bad joke since obviously he kept touching the SFL and cannot tell the difference? Still, happy watching everyone!

The male lead is truly pathetic. Aside from the usual arrogance, violence, and abuse typical of these male leads, he is unbelievable immature and has the EQ of a toddler. He spends 3 years “loving” a woman who is taking care of him nearly 24/7 and yet cannot recognize her by voice or touch or smell when he regains his sight. He then treats her like garbage under his shoe. And when he finally finds out the truth - after 2 hours of abuse and anger - he literally tries to justify his abuse as “trying to do the right thing”. 😂😂😂 no one believes that BS! Even a small child is more emotionally matured than this.
He is not in love with the female lead, not at the beginning nor at the end of this drama. (I’m not sure he is capable of actual love). He is “in love” with the idea of someone who “saved” him but just applies this love without regard to the actual person underneath.
He is also a hypocrite and fully expects to be in a relationship with the evil mistress but at the same time is jealous, angry and violent when he thinks the female lead is seeing another man. I guess he applies one standard of morality for himself and another to others.
She should have let him stand out in the rain forever. 2:10:33 he does not deserve her pity or her care. He lost any love she might have once had for him when he had the doctor cut her birthmark from her skin against her will.
He does not earn nor does he deserve her forgiveness. Glad to know she walks away from this pathetic excuse for an adult man.
