Thanks for watching. I purchased the step from Specialty Repairs and Custom Mods - www.specialtyrepairscustommods.com/. You can reach out to Kathy and she will inform you if it is still available. Let her know Bota Bob sent you to there website. They make custom mods for Kubota tractors. They have a relationship with the local Kubota dealer and have designed mods for Kubota's they don't own. Let them know what Kubota you own. They have several different designs available. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and commenting. Enjoy the Journey - Cheers PS - They also have a RUclips channel - www.youtube.com/@7863348
awesome video! Thank you so much, in the middle of this currently of this beast of a project. My tractor is a 2009 BX25D and does not have the extra collar on the engine shaft to create space, so I have to lift the engine also. Thank you very much your expertise is much appreciated!!!!!
Glad I could help! I got very luck finding the tech bulletin that explains the process. I wish my video was better, but I did the best I could with what I had available at the time. It was a lot of trial and error for me, but I am glad my efforts help at least one person. Thanks for the feedback. Cheers
It's a tight press fit. Paul Short has a video on how to remove the knob without breaking it. He made a tool which most people can make with some scrap steal, a hacksaw, vise and hammer. Here is a link to the video that demonstrates removing the knob that controls the implement lowering speed. ruclips.net/video/0zrD9b0lYqw/видео.html

What did you find with that knob that broke off? Was it threaded/set screwed/glued, etc? Or is it just pressed on a shaft?
