What is ONE accomplishment that would give you credibility in your RUclips videos? Maybe you've been teaching for 20 years, or you have experience as a travel guide? HIGHLIGHT your best achievement as it relates to your channel to be instantly recognized as the expert in your field :)

This question made me think! I don't do that. My intro is "My name is Tatyana Skrypkina and you are watching my RUclips channel for foreign language teachers". But after your video I think my intro isn't completed.

Salma, thank you for sharing your thoughts about Introducing Oneself on RUclips. However, you assumed that everyone has achievements, experience, or something that can be used for content. What about those people who want to create content based on current life as it develops. I too have the problem of no achievements. Also I just can't seem to find a niche. My videos range from stories that I wrote, stereotyping criminals, a short history of my grandfather, to early aviation and moaning about old age. Whatever grabs my fancy or attention goes into the next video. I know that I should specialise, but I do not know in what... Maybe I should start with "I am Grey With Glasses and as professional retiree I create videos containing useless but interesting facts?"
