Moon opposite Jupiter here. I have the most beautiful, kindest, friendliest, and funniest mom! We are best friends! Also, I love savory food and will trade every cake for a piece of salami and cheese 😂
I can personally attest to a Moon Pluto aspect being related to trauma of the gut and womb. In my natal chart I have a Scorpio Moon conjunct Pluto in the 9th house using whole sign houses. In 2018 at 33 years of age I had a mucinous borderline tumor that weighed 2402 grams (that's over 5 pounds) after they drained 2.1 liters of fluid from it during an exploratory laparotomy. I had 3 doctors tell me that it looked like a cancerous process. It was like being 28 weeks pregnant but with no baby. It affected my whole body. I couldn't even do something as simple as take a deep breath or bend over to pick something up off of the floor. They cut me from my belly button to my c-section scar. Both of my fallopian tubes were removed as well as my left ovary which was the actual tumor. One fallopian tube was 14.2 cm and the other was 2.4 cm. Thankfully I didn't have to have chemo or radiation since removal was the recommended procedure.
Love this breakdown of moon planet aspects. Moon Venus mother is definitely beautiful and she’s an artist. So that works nicely. Moon Saturn square Everything you said for this combination was so spot on!
Moon Mercury here (0 degree conjunction)- can relate to your frogs in a tube metaphor. I've always described it as I download so much that I must offload what is not necessary in the moment. To your point of the emotions interference with the mind - that is why astrology has been so helpful. To help me see, to help me understand beyond my emotions. Moon Mercury conjunct Chiron here, the story resonates with multiple mothers. Thank you for sharing!
As a Moon/Pluto Native I can corroborate the hereditary schizophrenia angle. My natal Moon is at 2 52 Scorpio in an applying conjunction to Pluto at 4 36 Scorpio in the 9th house using whole sign houses and in the 8th using Placidus. My mother's natal Neptune was at 2 21 Scorpio in her 2nd house using whole sign houses and conjunct the ascendant at 28 Libra using Placidus. I find that significant since she was a Pisces Sun. My mother was a paranoid schizophrenic as were two of her brothers. She was the oldest out of 6 children. 3 out of 6 of my grandmother's children were schizophrenic. My grandmother's brother was a paranoid schizophrenic as well and had to live in an institution most of his adult life. My grandfather's brother was also a paranoid schizophrenic although he was able to function with medication and actually have a family without being institutionalized. I do not have schizophrenia thankfully and I am past the age that it usually shows up in women which is later than in men. I've thoroughly researched schizophrenia due to the prevalence of it in my family lineage. I would also like to speak to the devouring mother aspect of this astrological aspect. My Mother controlled me with her illness... I don't think she was consciously aware of this but she did nevertheless. For example, I didn't go to Tulane University where I wanted to go to college and had a scholarship to because someone had to take care of my mother since my aunt moved several hours away. Instead I went to the University of South Carolina where I also had a scholarship so I could take care of my mother so she wouldn't have to be institutionalized or have to live in a home. This was not my first choice but I decided to take care of my mother which I did for the next 16 years until she passed away in 2018. I could give many more examples this but I'm not trying to take up all of your comment space here. My ex-husband also has a Moon/Pluto aspect, the opposition in his case, and his mother still controls him and he is 44 years old by this point. Interestingly enough his 3 nieces who are triplets all have the Moon conjunct Pluto in Sagittarius and I can definitely see the controlling mother aspect in their lives as well. It is interesting to note that my ex husband's mother has the Sun conjunct Pluto in Leo and the triplets mother has the Sun in Pisces opposed Pluto in Virgo. I also would like to mention that my younger brother who is autistic has the Moon conjunct Pluto in Scorpio conjunct his Scorpio ascendant.
I also have Moon (conjunct Venus) in Aquarius square Saturn and Pluto. 🥴 Plus, Moon trine N. Node & Moon sextile Uranus. Moon/Saturn: Love has always been transactional and it has been lonely, even when I was married. Moon/Saturn is very heavy and your explanation is spot TF on. I had two kids relatively young and I love them so much ❤ and I’m super protective. Also, Dry skin and dehydration is an issue for me. Moon/Uranus: I pride myself on my witty banter 💅 and meaningful words/communication with everyone. I haven’t moved around a lot and my cycles are not erratic, it’s like clockwork. I am a picky eater, I inspect my food very carefully and I don’t eat other peoples food unless I know they can cook and know how to properly clean and prepare their food. I’m not a vegetarian but I could be because I am not big meat eater. Moon/Pluto: I’m definitely into taboo topics, I love delving into my subconscious mind in order to identify my negative patterns, figure out why I do these things which helps me stop repeating them. Thank you Mychal, you are always so thorough and detailed. You’re the only Astrologer I follow that talks about medical astrology and I love it! ❤❤❤
The quote was used in the movie The Crow with Brandon Lee. " Mother is the name for God on the lips and hearts of all children." Although I do believe the quote is older. I love that you used that analogy. It does bring the moons roll into perspective for me.
01:20:35 Thank you Mychal, that is true. Moon conjunct Saturn in Cancer in the 3rd, yes there is a lot say about this combination. The love we seek from the outside is somehow stripped away from Saturn, so that we need to learn and practise self-love. The Moon square Chiron in the 12th isn't helpful and puts even more pressure into this. The positive side of it, it gets better or easier after the first Saturn Return.
I’m a Cancer rising. My Moon/Uranus conjunction is trine my Ascendant and also trine my Mars/MC. My Moon/Uranus conjunction is also opposed my Mercury/Chiron conjunction, which are all square Saturn. My mind is quick. I take in things from everywhere, the physical world and beyond it. I learn things very quickly. I suddenly know things I shouldn’t know. Emotions, and then thoughts associated with them, can really derail my very intuitive process. (I also have Jupiter in Gemini in the 12H). My moon/MC midpoint is near my mother’s ascendant & Chiron. The moon’s influence in my chart is varied, intricate, and pervasive. I cannot begin to describe all of the aspects you mentioned in these descriptions that are all blended together. They are not separable. I agree with many of the things you said, especially the moon-Saturn. Definitely issues with worthiness. I am also a high school teacher. My moon/chiron experience isn’t that extreme but there is a feeling of being a burden. I do not have the gut health issues, though. Very interesting video. Thank you for sharing.
I have moon Uranus, sun Uranus and also mercury Uranus. I don’t practice astrology but do love it. Been a student for 40 years. Yes I do have insomnia. Lol
Moon Jupiter in Taurus 4th house and Chiron in 6th house Cancer. Very hot and cold relationship with my mother. I have gone up and down drastically with my weight and do love the creamy dishes. My mother does show her love through cooking.
The Moon is one of the planets that goes out of bounds-& the most often if I understand correctly. Does out of bounds status affect your delineations, Mychal? If so, I’d love to hear how! Or do you find it most useful to just identify parallels & contraparallels in the declination chart then move on?
Moon Scorpio in the 10th trine Jupiter in Pisces in the 2nd- everyone loved mom so beautiful and hardworking - she took care of everything worked hard and provided well but was better to our friends and outsiders thought she was the best thing ever- but she was very manipulative and a gaslighting lying narcissist to her own kids.
you asked if Moon Venus or Moon Mercury was descriptive of my specific mother. I have Moon in Cancer square Venus in Libra and sesquiquadrate Mercury in Scorpio. My mother was an artist's model, a social butterfly, alcoholic and a grifter.
Omg, I put my headphones on last night to this video as I was going to sleep at 9pm and at 2:45am I woke up and realized you were still talking to me. So you’ve got a lot of watch time minutes from me. I am about to relisten to the video, just the part where you talk about the aspects of the moon to each planet. I have watched and will continue to watch each video you make on every planetary combination since I’m more of an advanced Astrologer, yet you have a different take in the meanings that I never thought of or knew about. Btw, no Need to over justify your findings of the meanings. A simple mention ie “I have found in occasional charts I have read miscarriage….” Yet I do understand your need to cover your belt and want to refrain from evoking fear. This is just my opinion. Or a brief mention to “remember to look for other corroborating factors in the chart to affirm” is enough. Keep going💫
Great insights, lots of things I've never heard anywhere else, yet it all makes sense!

Your analytical and astrological knowledge simply AMAZES me! Wow! You’re incredibly on point about moon/pluto! Thank you!! ❤

I've done my mother to my great grandmas chart, I feel like your Venusian moon take was very on point.
I’m a Cancer rising. My Moon/Uranus conjunction is trine my Ascendant and also trine my Mars/MC. My Moon/Uranus conjunction is also opposed my Mercury/Chiron conjunction, which are all square Saturn.

It is amazing just how much information you can pack into each of these videos.
I have moon Uranus, sun Uranus and also mercury Uranus. I don’t practice astrology but do love it. Been a student for 40 years. Yes I do have insomnia. Lol
16:20 This is so true. I have a Sun in 10th, being a Leo ascendant and my father is absent pratically my whole life
I have Moon conjunct Venus in the 6th House. My mum is beautiful and even more so when she was younger.
🎉wow what a project.. thanks so much 💫
Moon Chiron. Yes. But I kinda got both and since she tried to say sorry my gut is getting better.
But thought its bcs chiron in virgo.
I have moon saturn conjunct and I have recurring UTIs and arthritis. Also virgo rising so I take care of myself..

Moon Mars square emergency and unplanned c sections for sure. 1st one was for life threatening reasons.

Moon conjunct Mars here. Ultra hot temper, mom is the same, we don’t get along. Love meat, alcohol and other corrosive drinks lol
