I have the old Grenadier Miniatures boxed wargame called Fantasy Warriors that these plastic dwarves came in. Been thinking about painting them up recently and this video gave me a few ideas. Also really love that design on the shield. Thanks!
Hope there is some more content coming. Stuck in the middle of the North sea at work. Can't get to my paints. Let's have some more vids please mate. 😉 No pressure LOL
@@paulgibbons2320 I cant wait for my first game, hope its good. In the meantime Painting Ogres might be a doable vid, I need my new paints to arrive first though.
@@ScruffyCrow yeh my paint pots are running dry too. Thinking about treating myself to the full Army painter range when I get back on land. Thinking it over. Always paint with a limited palette. Just the paints I need. When I look back some of the models look a bit dull. Might improve if I have more choice. A battle report could be a cool vid now lock down is coming to an end.

The design was pinched from an old GW army book so I can't take too much credit.
Your method for hair and beard is brilliant, an awesome way to make a difference.
Loved watching the bubble pop in the menoth white pot. Liked all the video. But that was Asmr
Nice work - the blue trim really brings them to life

Anything specific you want to see? I'll mostly be sticking to my Sunday, Wednesday schedule.
@@ScruffyCrow would like to see how your dwarfs get on in their first game. That would be fun. Maybe painting the ogres.

Would it not speed up the process to start with a bolt gun metal spray, instead of applying pig iron over s black base coat?
It definitly would! I just dont have any.
I'm almost out of my pot of Pig Iron, I need to get some more!
how good is P3 paint! I saw that you cleaned up the back sprue peg. I picked up some second hand...
I like it, I tend to use gw base paints to lay my first colours down but way prefer highlighting and blending with P3.
How do these look shoulder to shoulder with the Oathmark Dwarves?
They are a bit smaller than the plastics but mach really well with the metals.
