Didn't Barry gave Cindy the number of hitman to have Ian shot and plus Barry was much different during his early appearances. He was a bit of a player wide boy dodgy geezer and streetwise womanizer and successful business man. When does Barry became a loveable buffoon bumbling clown and what year exactly he gradually changed.

I heard they changed him a few times or something and some because Paul Bradley who plays Nigel left and for Barry to fill the comedy gap for Nigel and a being replacement is that another the main reason too. What was it with Phil sacking black men? Between Alan and Mick, they must of been permanent fixtures down the dole queue, the amount of times Phil casually sacked the both of them.
