u have to mandatorily complain in writing or in email... and u have to wait for 30days period and also do reminder email and then use that email as proof to upload on RBI portal..

write a compaint in email and then wait for 30days and send regular reminder and after 30days if not response received then file a Complaint on RBI portal as per process mentioned in this video.
Sir on 04-06-2023 a fraudulent money from my paytm is taken by the person i have complaint to nearest police station as well as cyber cell and always my bank.
I got to know that the bank in which money has been transferred is HDFC and are opened without KYC( digital account)
I'm requesting you could you please help me to how i can proceed further and get my money back

Bank se normally debit ka msg aaya..
