You just can't receive the code? That happens sadly, and there really isn't much I can do. When it happens to me when I call for another code it just works
do i have to add a friend realy quickly before getting banned on wechat ? or i have the time to ask a friend to make an account then add him (if it's possible)
You don't have too, but I highly suggest adding 3 quickly because it's just in case. I've seen people getting their account banned for no apparent reason within a day. My advice is add one as soon as possible.

wechat refuses to send me sms verification even after it charges me on my cc saying it got verified

If that didn't work try again later, I also provided a video in the description talking about an alternative for QQ (edited in just now)
