We are doing good. Thankfully I have a good support base that helps out so I can get a break. Sometimes when she's having a rough time I'll throw Viv on the tv and get her laughing. Seriously Vivian is a life saver!

The best items to get at the dollar tree are those boxed candies that Movie theaters charge you a thousand times more for. I always go to the dollar tree for Reese’s pieces and sour patch kids before heading to the movies. 🍫
I used the Mermaid Bday Hats at my 6yr old daughters Bday Party but not for the kids to place on their heads nope I put each hat together secured each one w tape to make sure they didn’t come apart, filled each one w candy n a few lil ocean toys, wrote each child’s name really cute on hat n hung each one on the chair where I wanted each child to sit!!!!!
They always say 45 seconds but it's usually one minute and your egg comes out perfectly. Thank you Miss Vivian I do like watching your RUclips tutorials on the stuff you buy. And sometimes I just watch to make myself feel better. So thank you very much for what you do.

My favorite finds at the Dollar Tree are craft supplies in crafts/office supplies: double-sided foam tape, foil cardstock (labeled as poster board with five large sheets per pack), foam core board, markers, gel pens, bling, stickers, washi tape, Duck tape, and more! In the make-up section: I get powdered eye shadows with mica in them instead of spending big bucks on perfect pearls, makeup sponges, nail grooming tools, liquid hairspray, make up storage,and more - all for crafting! Then there is the huge selection of plastic bins and other storage. Plastic cutting mats make great template and stencil material, glass cutting boards make great blanks to decorate with vinyl and my electronic cutter, and plastic cutting mats can be made to work in those cutting machines - but I haven't tried this yet. Even hardware has things to offer: clamps and other tools, storage bins, wire.... Anything you can buy from a store other than a craft store will likely be less expensive without having been tagged as a 'craft item' in those big box stores. I make a lot of greeting cards and DIY solutions for household and craft room, so saving money on a retiree's fixed income is a big help. Just be sure to check the amount of product and compare, for example: I never buy craft paint in $ Tree. Walmart is cheaper!
Everything is the best at dollar tree. My husband and I never find anything that does not work. We think the dollar tree is a treasure trove of cool and neat items. So much fun to check out and roam the aisles. Great job checking everything out.
I love the Wack a Pack balloons. They are also made holiday themed. I take them to work and make the office staff hit one, and just sit back and watch and giggle.

Luanne, I think the word you might be looking for is "Cutlery", it's the word most English speaking countries use to refer collectively to what my dad used to call "eatin' irons" :)) but he was an old bushy, so a lot of his language was old fashion and somewhat colloquial, it was kinda funny, and sometimes, more than a bit embarrassing, to hear in a more modern era and setting, and he took great delight in exaggerating his bush-town upbringing ;~))

We LOVE those pop balloon things, they don't always pop out of the package but we keep them on hand for fun, we have even used them to decorate for Easter and Christmas (they have seasonal ones)

I couldn't believe it and hubby swore they were different, so we went back and took pictures!!! CRAZINESS 🤪🥴 I'm TOTALLY bummed about the projector!! I bought one for each of my grandkids stockings. Oh well, that's Santa's fault 😉

Vivian, I bought a few packs of those (baking soda& vinegar ) little blow up birthday balloons from Party City, to stick in friends & family bday cards. For out of town or state people, since I couldn't be with them, & bring a bunch of balloons. Not such a good idea for people to open their bday cards/ gifts in a restaurant! The bang got everyone's attention, not in a good way! Also, I did ask the postal service person if it was allowed to be sent in a card. He said he didn't see why not. I asked... full disclosure! My niece said it must have gone off before she opened her card! Can you imagine what kind of incident might have happened if it went off in somebody's postal work area!! I decided it was only good as an experiment like the lava spewing from a homemade mountain volcano. But they do have the nicest variety of gift bags & boxes & tissue paper, as well as little containers. Except you never know for sure if they'll leak until you get home & test them all out. But for a dollar, I'll just make a note which ones can't go in lunch boxes... Home use only. You have me on the floor sometimes with your outward thought bubbles. ( That's what I call it when I hear somebody having a back & forth conversation with themselves! But I know you're talking to all of us on the other side of the computer or cell phone. So many times I wish I had listened to you 'cause I could have used a couple of those car pee bags!!!) Thanks for the laughs & trying all the stuff out, so I don't bring home too much.
I think the trash bag holders would work great for the bathroom. You wouldn't have to have a trashcan & you could put it inside the door on the vanity.
Made zucchini bread while I watched. Except I forgot I don't have a grater so I spent most of the video peeling the Zucchini by hand. 😅 My favorite stuff from the Dollar Tree is kitchenware. I bought butter knives, cake pans, pie pan, muffintins, bread pans, can opener, sifter, pie cutter, kitchen scissors, chopping board, containers.... They're not the best quality, but I'm not a professional baker and everything I've made came out fine. I've been in college for six years and I live in Southern California. Money's tight. (I don't recommend the can opener though. Rusted quickly.)

The plunger works good in kitchen sink! I use it on the side without garbage disposal cause it drains slow. Great thing about it; it doesn't get stuck when u push it down. Don't have to be rough with it!

I worked at Dollar Tree one year for the Christmas season. Never again! Never, never, never ever again. On the bright side they did open a new store within walking distance of my home. The money I save in gas I can spend on goodies. I love shopping there.
What I love at Dollar Tree is their snack area and candy. They have all kinds of trail mix and I just love it. Happy to pay a dollar over 3 to 4 dollars.

The plunger works good in kitchen sink! I use it on the side without garbage disposal cause it drains slow. Great thing about it; it doesn't get stuck when u push it down. Don't have to be rough with it!
Your putting that plate together gave me a flashback lol. Being at some guy's house who was a friend of my 2 aunts(same age as I am)One aunt was being a clumsy mess & bumped & broke a big vase. The guy was horrified, it was his mom's favorite. I became a surgeon lol," where's the glue?" Put it back together with no visible cracks. While I was doing that, aunt WHO BROKE IT went home & told their mother & implied we did it. Had a grandma who had favorites so she believed that daughter over me & her youngest daughter smh funny but irritating memory

I worked at Dollar Tree one year for the Christmas season. Never again! Never, never, never ever again. On the bright side they did open a new store within walking distance of my home. The money I save in gas I can spend on goodies. I love shopping there.

What I love at Dollar Tree is their snack area and candy. They have all kinds of trail mix and I just love it. Happy to pay a dollar over 3 to 4 dollars.
