Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Coriander 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Rest for 5 mins
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Combine well
Water 5-6 tbsp
Smooth dough
Divide
Marinated chicken
Apply water
Seal well
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown
