I'm homeless in Ruskin. I'm not strung out, drunk, or wasted. I don't prostitute, deal drugs, or fly a sign, or panhandle. Honestly I would be more afraid of you than you should be of me. I have been dealing with breast cancer since 2015. I thought I had beaten it by 2018. Not long after I lost my home of 18 years and went from couch surfing, to motels, to living in my van. When it was stolen, I was giving a camp site by a young couple I had helped before. In March 2023 I found out that my remission was over, and I was in stage 4 cancer and was told to contact hospice. When I was discharged I was taken to be dropped of at the trail leading to the camp. It had been plowed under by a backhoe and everything I had left was gone. Definitely more afraid of the daywalkers than they are of me.....

Hello Jose, I first learned about Florida homeless camps in 1989. A job transfer to Florida for several years and another transfer to the north. Nevertheless, while in Florida I was overwhelmed by so many homeless and that was 30 plus years ago. It is sad and no fix as it continues and grows. I realize it is all over but the Florida homeless population continues to grow. Keep up your great work and God Bless.

Hi thank you for the video!! I spent a good part of my childhood in Ruskin and always dreamed of buying our house back. We lived on East Shell Point Road across from thick woods with a overgrown creek on one side & neglected field on other 2. The homeless lived along the back of our house right against the chain link fence & of course the woods across the street. Walking to school early 90s while in 4th grade a middle-aged Latino male talking dirty attempted to abduct me in his car. My grandmother would warn me about a child kidnapping ring in the area called 'The Finders' so I never let my guard down. A few years ago I randomly stumbled across declassified FBI docs discussing the group working with the CIA. The government early 90s was so corrupt they would falsely imprison elderly with little resources or family in attempt to seize land. Saying all that still dream to move back one day it's a special place ❤

It is not some big hidden secret that there is homeless people and homeless camps all over Florida it has been this way for many years it is a well known fact. It is well known fact that mosquitos are bad in Florida all of Florida not just homeless camps. This guy is a joke , he likes to give a little history lesson about the community he is trashing while exploiting the homeless. Here is some breaking news he gives a lot of false info and uninformed info in his little history lesson. He acts like he is some hero providing ground breaking news and content lmao!!!!! He has found a easy way to make his truck payment.

But no watch dog to see where the money goes. Charities is a huge N.P.O. business especially Salvation Army those bell ringers are probation officers and a very large part of their so called charity goes back to Division of corrections. Please don't donate to these liars. Thanks for being aware of homeless genocide.

What I did not realize until I start d watching your videos is how heroin has hit the white community. I am white but I had no idea how this drug has affected white people in Florida. Scary and alarming. I saw another video by another guy about Kensington Pennsylvania. It looked like the majority of heroin users on the streets are white. There were some black people but many were white and many were women. Why does the government not put these people in rehab or hospitals. It looks like Hispanic and Spanish people have the best work ethics. Cuban people seem to work hard too
. I think white people could learn something from the Hispanic people.Maybe, white people need to work harder. But how can you work if you are strung out on dope ?
