I seriously need to take a bearing class or something to learn how to do all this. I'd do my own motors and brushrolls. At any rate I thank you always of course.
As far as the damp stuff, the problem here in the midwest, is in the winter time people come in with snowy footwear and leave them on rugs, etc. Then when someone cleans, they sweep the wet rug, either by not thinking or not caring

Facts people will vacuum over anything wet and not knowing
Thankfully I don't do that..
