Hey Tony. Thank you so much for addressing my question. I will definitely let my current physical therapist watch your video and try to investigate my groin pain further. I am currently in Phoenix but my cousin lives in Middletown. He said I’ll have to come visit him and while I’m there go visit you. Just to let you know, I really have appreciated your knowledge and genuine concern for your audience. Wish you were here. Thank you. Sandy Antoinette

I am a 7 day old total left knee replacement using robotics and nerve block. On post op day 7 after physical therapy I experienced extreme and severe break thru pain radiating from the knee left knee to left groin! The pain was unbearable leaving me in tears! Before taking me to ER my husband pulled up a RUclips video of Anthony’s! Which proved to be an answer to a prayer! Anthony slowly explained the relationship between muscles ligaments and soft tissue! He suggested rotating the left foot to realign the soft tissue! It worked! The pain left! An ancient Jewish King once said humans are wonderfully made! Thank you Anthony for taking the time to help those who feel helpless captives of agonizing pain!!!!

Anthony, I am a total knee replacement patient 2 weeks post op & you are the best physical therapist on You Tube, by far. We as patients, have free time during the day, even with our daily exercise regiment, including walking as much as possible etc. to inform ourselves with as much information as possible about what we need to do for a fast & safe recovery from this operation & your videos have been the best thing in helping me along this journey besides my in home therapy . But this video, 450 views? 450? Are you kidding me? This video should have a very minimum of 9,200 in a few days i hope. I know us as subscribers, we can help with sharing your content to get more patients over here & I do, but 450 views makes absolutely no sense to me. I don't exactly know the algorithms that you Tube uses besides hits on a video, the frequency of video posts by the content provider etc, that move a channels video to the first page but something isn't right somewhere.
I just hope you know, as I stated before, you are THE best physical therapist on You Tube. Just keep creating your content, we will continue to absorb the information & in due time, you will receive the notoriety you so much deserve & patients can have the best experience possible after this surgery. I shared some of the exercises you have your patients do with my in home, 27 year experienced therapists to see if she was okay with me adding a few of your exercises to what she has me doing now, she loved them! She said, I am teaching her of different exercises that are perfect for a TKR patient. Thanks again Anthony, l watch & listen to your videos while I am doing my exercises & it really helps pushing through them. Some people listen to music, I listen to you!

Amaxing! I just had RTKR one week ago today. Day after I got home, I started having that very same pain on the right groin. Saw my PT the next day for first time, and she had never had anyone complain of that. She contacted the OS and he told her to give me light stretching exercises for the painful area. Well, it still hasn't helped...in fact, maybe worsened it. I see OS next week and I plan on asking for hip xray to start with.

Tony, not sure if you look back at your older videos, but going to ask question anyway. 8 weeks post.op total LEFT knee replacement. Walking fine, excellent ROM etc, and completed just basic physio. Last week started to feel minor stretch in RIGHT side groin area, and buttock. Now can only painfully walk one block, (prior was 3 blocks no cane), and to get up from chair and put weight to step on it also painful. Back on cane now, but had to switch it to help the RIGHT side! Sound like from surgery? Or just pulled something during exercises or walking? Really long to get appt with surgeon again, and expensive to get new physio as first one was govt.covered. Wonder if need xray to decide which way to go next? Surgeon or physio? Thx.
