I still get choked up when I talk about my Mama, too, and I ‘feel’ my Mama lead me to just the right item so many times when I go thrifting, antiquing, or estate sale shopping or even with placing the item in just the right spot! And the dark academia library? Antique/thrift/garage sale hauls. Wow I just love it all. I once told you we have such the same style. I’m a full time teacher with summers off and last summer, God sent me your witch Halloween video. Your video changed my life because before I was overweight and basically a couch potato. When seeing your video, I found my nitch ! I began thrifting and finding decor and discovered my love for Victorian decor. Truly without you, I would not have lost 50lbs and found a new focus. It always brings me back to the story of when you found a tiny teapot outside covered in leaves after your mom passed. It warms my heart to see how you honor your mom with your tea pot collection sprinkled throughout your decore.

I was with her at that exact moment it happened to her. I finally learned to except her passing and found happiness again. My garden has helped me in so many ways and then I found your channel and I have loved your content you are sharing with us all. I love your design and decor style and I love ❤️ shopping for antiques just like you! "Box of treasures" I really cannot say which is my favorite due to the fact I absolutely adore all of your videos. I will say what inspired me was your Enchanted witches cottage video. I had never seen one of your videos before and I now never miss one. Since watching your videos I have changed my entire aesthetic of my home and truly have found happiness in this style. All the trips to the hobby lobby and target are over for my home decor. Yard sales, goodwill and the salvation army are now my go to places. I was specifically inspired by the vintage silver trays used as base plates. A very close second is your Alice in Wonderland bookshelf video, which definitely evoked the spirit of the book to me. As an AIW collector, I’m always so happy when I see how it has inspired someone.
