not luck mate, maybe lucky that you got asked to do it for inside, which obviously helped. video wouldn't have done as well if it were just a normal video...
but they trusted you enough to put you on that project, which isn't luck.
same way how my charity match videos did well, i was lucky that the charity match happened (out of my control), but the fact that i was trusted to do them wasn't luck
