Can I just say Terry silver and chozen this season were incredible. So many great moments throughout the season, a few controversial but best season by far

This was the best season ever for me. I really think these boys are gonna love this one. Which means we’re gonna see some EPIC reactions
It was good and there are some great moments for sure but there was also a few story moments that were a bit ugh not this again. The fight choreography was weaker than other seasons, the fight editing wasn't great and there were some very very obvious stunt double scenes. There was one scene in particular involving a close up of Chozen's shoulder that was awfully bad. I still loved the show though and the cast is fantastic as usual.

Not sure if you guys will see this or not. But just remember that Kim Sung Yun was mentor to Kreese and Silver's Commanding Officer during the Season 3 flashbacks. He was a Korean War Veteran before the Vietnam war.

It's crazy, right? Ridiculous how enjoyable this show is. Totally unexpected.
I love how so many people in the fantasy sbare that same opinion. We're all like, this is a generic soap opera that is a contusion of a karate rivalry from 30 years ago, and there's no reason thay this show should be good. And yet,
But it just shows that, good writing and actually taking the time to PLAN out everything will do wonders for even the most obscure story concepts.
This is show is the definition of "being better than it has any right to be".
I personally think this is my second favourite season after season 1. I loved the finales of 2,3 and 4 but this season was just so entertaining throughout. Great writing as always, comedy, action and drama
I think it's the 2nd best season for the story and characters, the best season for the acting and the worse season for the production, choreography and editing. There was a lot of "that's clearly a stunt double" moments a few "zoom out so we can see them fighting" moments and the worse late reaction close up shot I've ever seen which was in the finale. Probably my 2nd or 3rd favourite season.
S1 comes first because it was so suprising that it was THAT good, but S5 is perfect.
2,1,4,3,5… Sam has only gotten more insufferable, this Dorne/Mexico trip was a nothingburger, and they turned the campy knob so high they broke it
I just finished the season and didn't like it honestly. Felt rushed and cliche.
@@loner1878 agreed; I don’t hate it, but it’s storytelling is saddled with sheer mass even from the jump… then they decide to add eye-patch putties and a dragon lady armed with a weaponized pony tail 😒😒
I actually think it would be even less campy if the dragon lady was the only right hand instead of adding her little shitfinger goons

This was an amazing season!! Can't wait for the reactions. The adults definitely took on the spot light this season but the kids were great too. Especially the core four, Robby, Miguel and Sam and Tory were all really good.

I wore my cobra Kai gi to watch the first two episodes, then my eagle fang shirt for the next two. I’m so excited for the rest of the episodes
when it comes to robby and johnny, i will never not be upset that johnny just never did even the bare minimum for his son. he did so much for miguel to compensate that failed relationship but could not check in with robby or even send the occasional text knowing damn well his son was homeless and had a troubled mom. yeah robby pushed him away but what else would you expect from a kid in that position, johnny was the adult he should've tried harder. robby honestly should have turned out so much worse from the willful neglect from his dad and then watching him willingly be a father figure to someone else
It amazes me how insanely good this show continues to be. Who would think respecting what came before, building upon it and understanding your audience would work so well lol

Tori never started anything, it was the way she overreacted that was the problem. She took things too far. That's why Amanda LaRusso was able to empathize with her when she recalled how she took a bat to her math teacher's car when she found out she was having an affair with her father.

Currently rewatching a bunch of CK reactions to kill the time. Love this show. The last time I saw writing this good on a TV series was The Golden Girls. So glad Season 6 is the final season. They've done their job. And they did it well.

I've ko'ed the whole season. Without spoiling anything.. I just want to say my favorite part of the season is the character growth this season and avoiding the re-hashing that so many expected them to do this season.
These writers remind me in so many ways of the BCS/BB writers.
Gotta love the subversion of expectations with the twist on the stereotypical troupe of getting robbed as soon as you get off a bus in a Latin country. The Australian white guy robbing the Latin kid had me laughing longer than it shouldve

Mouser does better last season, not helped this season by how she’s never been more insufferable
