I bought a license from AppSumo. The first article I generated was peppered with Chinese symbols in an English post - completely out of context. I contacted support, where Hendrik was unprofessional and rude. Requested a refund after leaving a 1-star review. I received my refund and 15+ emails requesting me to change my review over the next month! I would avoid it. Better tools are out there; if they go wrong, you won't get a sup-par support service.
