hey all! tamto's back and so am I sorry about the length of this highlight, I'm unsure how to tackle these sort of games because on one hand I feel like it makes for a better video when it's concise, funny and has a decent end point. On the other hand, I want to include the entirety of a stream's highlights instead of leaving out like 1-2 hours. It's usually not too much of a problem, but while this game seems very good and interesting, there is a lot of parts to it that I just couldn't include, especially when editing while watching the stream for the first time. It removes the weight of a funny moment or interesting bit if said clip requires prior knowledge / context to what's happening in the story. I tried my best but I'm not proud of it, I got a lot to learn with that. anyways, have a good week 'n stuff!
A 30-40 minute highlight video is about as perfect as it gets man, 20 minutes is too short, and an hour is too long. Also motivates people to watch the steam for the rest. You’re a legend either way dude.
When streams are hours long, even a 50 minute highlight video is totally acceptable. I wanna see the best moments of a stream in a highlight video and if there's 43 minutes of it, must've been a good stream! Good luck with your endeavors to learn more about editing and production.
I haven't watched your stream before, but this was a pretty good highlight. Considering how interesting this game was I'd be willing to watch a longer highlight
I like watching Tomato a lot, however I don’t have a lot of time on my hands to watch streams or VODs so these highlights are great. Gnome keep being awesome man.
I think you made an excellent call with having both the best moments and the story moments required to understand the best moments of the stream! The game is great, deserves to be recognized, and I think Tomato would agree based on his reactions. So please don't feel bad about having this highlight reel run a bit longer than usual. You did perfect!

Even so, I'd enjoyed the funny bits along with also the bits that lead up to those moments. Was really fun to watch and listen to this cut!
