i cant able to select option "fill" as it is disabled after selecting image thumbnail. If i selected mask thumbnail, its "fill option is enabled. Kindly clarify this.
after selecting the shadow with the lasso tool i the fill option did not show boldly to be selected.. couldnt select the fill option to go to the next stage.. please help
Great tutorial !! i'm a beginner and what i was doing is almost the same technique, i select my subjet - inverse - than i use the eyedropper thake a sample of the font and than paint over the shadow, seems faster but you are loosing a bit of nuance of the font.
For the clone stamp tool on the last part, when I try to click alt on background and brush on the edges. It gives me black boxes which is really weird, it doesn't make a clean clone
Got it! Folks be sure you have the correct selections on the top panel. Next to the house symbol (far left corner of the screen), be sure the “new selection” (one box) is selected. And that “Anti-alias” is unchecked. That solved my problem!!

2:27 - How about fixing the noisy/uneven effect on her right arm/shoulder that was caused by removing the shadow ?
You can add or remove noise. Filter > Noise. There is another option where you can add Grain for certain part of the photo.
Great I can’t even do the first step, nothing happens when I drag & drop the background layer step 1 into the new layer icon. Smh

Hello Rony. Thanks for watching!
Stopped at step 1. I can't drag the photo. It doesn't copy to the area below the original. I get a circle with a stroke through it when I try to drag.
In the top menu, go to Layer > Duplicate Layer.
What program is this on?
This is Adobe Photoshop CC, newest update
thanks mate, it works
You're welcome!
Thanks! It helped me a lot!
Welcome Kevin
I Wishes there was some talking behind the clicks. I got lost midway. 😕
Sorry, I hope the text at the bottom helps.

Check the settings on top when you select the clone stamp to make sure it is the same.
Can I do this on iPhone?
Not sure, I use a desktop.

You are welcome a million Elliot
The problem is this method leaves hard edge so it looks like it was edited.
I will try to figure out a better method so it doesn't leave hard edges.
It’s not working for me😩..... When I click on the fill nothing happens🥺
Make sure the main layer is selected, not the mask layer.
Me too bro
@@photoshoptutorialsbylayerl1447 I'm sure the main layer is selected
