Hi! I love your channel! I am French and live abroad but I am looking into coming back to France and buying a house on the Catllar hills. Do you live nearby? What are you thoughts on that area? Anything particular thing you don't like in this area? Thanks for all the info you already provide!
HI thank you so much for the compliment❤❤ I live in Eus! next to Catllar.. I love this area, it's got the mountains and the sea and only a 30 minute drive to Perpignan, sometimes I love to seek some culture:) I prefer the Catllar/Eus side because of the sun! I would love to wolcome you back, let's stay in touch!
@@annetijhuis Thank you so much for answering so quickly! I grew up going to Font Romeu where my grandmother had a second house and I loved that area but of course it was 30 years ago! How is it traffic wise to go between villages and to Perpignan? My plan is to fly to Barcelona and takw the train to Perpignan and then rent a car to your area.
Are you finding it's convenient to go grocery shopping? Any open air market around? Also do you live on a hill and if so how is it to drive up?

Dear Coralie@@cmed6186 traffic is ok, very duable, and in Perpignan it is just right small town but nice: In Prades is a market (see my video:)), and also watch my video about organic fresh groceries in the local barns:). I live in Eus, downside, easy to park etc. Prades is only a 3 minutes drive with everything you need....almost..👍👍
