Since energy volley got nerfed its a lot harder this is what I do: I train at x fighter until I get ssj kaioken, I then go fight kid gohan until spirit ssj, after that I go to raditz and train until lssj, I then go to nappa to train until mystic, after that I train at super vegeta until I have ssjg I then go to kaioshin to train until I get ssjb, then I train at cell until I get 1.8 mil stats I then go to ssj 2 Goku to train until 2.2 mil, I then go to ssjb Goku and train to until I get MUI once I get MUI I then fight broly, As of which right now this technique worked for me when I had 5 rebirths up to 10 rebirths (currently I have 10 rebirths)
Cell takes too long so I fight Super Vegeta until I get Super Saiyan Blue because beating Vegeta three times is quicker than beating Cell once plus you get more stats fighting Vegeta three times.

This is not really needed because there in quest guide and when you move on to another boss just kill him and dont wait for your friends it faster to do it by yourself

Yes every rebirth give you a 20% boost on the exp you get, if you have 5 rebirth and you beat a mob it give you a 100% more point, 120% for 6 rebirth...

20% exp for each rebirth and this dude has 25 rebirths, he levels up much faster than any new player would level up and up their stats

Since energy volley got nerfed its a lot harder this is what I do:
