Great video
I cannot imagine the hole in my life if it wasn't for such great music. at 65 its still my favorite band.
Great interview. Good to see Steve Hacket still at it.
For those who have the potential to appreciate the tremendous spectrum of complexities on all levels, ANY chance one might get to see Steve Hackett & co. You've gotta do it!!! I see each chance possible and Steve always 'brings it on'. Nothing else in life takes me "back in time" in such a beautiful way... Thank you Steve and every one with you!!!
3 best Genesis albums , Lamb lies down on broadway , selling England by the pound and Foxtrot in that order .steve won't hang out with me because I put Lamb first LOL. I saw steve about 5 years ago amazing , most touching moments cinema show ! he might agree to that !
In 1974 Peter Gabriel planned a solo career out of Genesis. If Genesis pushed the recording of TLLDOB for 1975 because the problems of Gabriel's wife I think he will do the same.
Steve leaves in 1977 when he wanted put your plans and project ahead of the band. Genesis don't work this way.
Phil Collins said Steve coul'be more elastic and stay. Soon all they will be releasing solo albums at same time.
In 1977 interview SH complains what don't want to play the same live set list (WW Tour). " Supper's Ready" is cited.
Later, Phil Collins needs sing as good like Gabriel.
Mike Rutherford needed to learn to be a lead guitarist.
In my opinion Genesis was Banks, Collins and Rutherford.
Always wonderful to listen to Steve. For me Nursery Cryme to Wind & Wuthering are the only true Genesis albums.
Don't sleep on Trespass now, it may not have Hackett but it's still good.
I have Trespass. It’s ok…@@neuroisis85
