Hi Sanghati, great question. For Tableau Online permissions can be set at the user level. When you say data im guessing youre talking about published data sets. You can easily set per person who can connect, who can see it, etc.

Simply press yes. Its a performance thing which basically means Tableau will convert your data set into a more optimized one. :)
