I am very sorry to hear that you are having problem with your unit .but I think your settings is off or your unit is malfunctioning. Please check your manual and try the settings again.
The magnetic sensor are pretty bad they rarely Trigger when a door is opened and I followed the instructions on how to properly install it
So you can set it in delay mode as your leaving shut the door and it's set to go off if someone comes in is that right.

So to set alarm press code once then press on off . Then to turn of alarm press code 2 times is that right thankyou .

No it do not. Its just a simple unit for you to use when you are home and it can only work on one door or window.
