is this Acrylic color somehow different from other normal acrylic color? because mine is not that sticky/thick enough to drop the dots. Its more like water color.
This looks like the size of Happy Dotting Company's (happydottingcompany.com.au) smallest round stone mold. Also referred to as HDC. I simply love it because of its size. There is also a small oval mold in the range. I have all of the molds released and simply love them. I am unable to go rock collecting so find it easier to make.
Muchas gracias, es una piedra de playa, solo necesita lavarla con agua y jabon para quitar la sal, dejar secar y despues pintar con pintura acrilica negra, eso es todo. En el caso de que la piedra no fuese lisa y tuviese poros lo que yo hago antes de pintarla de negro es usar masilla de pintor, de la que se usa para tapar los agujeros en las paredes antes de pintar para que la pared quede lisa. Vas tapando con la masilla los agujeritos que tiene la piedra y con una espatula alisas toda la superficie, dejas secar y despues pasas una lija de grano fino para quitar las irregularidades. Ya la tienes lista para pintarla de negro o del color que prefieras y a decorarla con puntitos, espero haber despejado tus dudas.
