"70% is great, but not as good as other options" You have proven yourself to be one of the most transparent reviewers with that one statement. I'll get these for my brother. Thank you!
Thank You for the video. Do You have recommendation for office headphone/headset/earphones that have: 1. (boom)mic with good background noise cancellation 2. Good active (ANC) and/or passive noise cancellation for people talking/typing 3. Compatible with PC (Teams etc). 4 Sidetone would be nice as well.
Correct me if im wrong but shouldn´t both (bluetooth and usb-c) deliver almost identical sound-quality since the signal is digital at this point? I thought that the advantage of AUX kable was that you would get a improved analog signal because u can utilize a better converter in your pc/whatever instead of the integrated one.
Bt is compressed..USB C is basically wired connection carrying uncompressed (and possibly bit perfect ) audio but with the dac on the headphone doing the conversion (digital to analogue) rather than your pc or Mac... which usually don't have good dacs
How is the volume? I read in a few places that they have not much headroom, as well as it happens wth the momentum 4s. The momentum 3 headphones had more than enough volume for me, if that's a reference.
Hi there. I'm looking into these or the Bose QC45. I enjoy good audio, that being said I don't have super human hearing and I'm wondering if the "better" sound quality of senheiser really outperforms Bose. I really enjoy the portability aspect of the QC45 however I recognize senheiser with the new type C listening potential aswell as the "better" sound quality. Basically do you think sacrificing the portability of the QC45 is worth for the type c audio, battery life and sound quality?
@@oli4004 went with the senheisers. I love them. They're comfortable and don't die for a good few days. The ANC could be better however I like to be realistic. If you're in the middle of a construction zone that is absurdly loud then you'll definitely notice some outside sound however the suction of the ears and ANC the Sens have is plenty for everyday sounds. I went with some refurbished ones on Amazon and saved a hundred bucks or so. Hope this helped
I preordered and got mine last week. I went to the Best Buy twice and tried out all headphones on display before ordering the Accentum. The only ones that I found comfortable were Momentum 4 and Tour One M2. The Accentum is just as comfortable even with my glasses on. Sony MX5 and Bose seem popular but I actually didn't find them comfortable at all (and look ugly imo) so YMMV. Pros - Physical buttons whereas M4 which uses gesture controls - Sounds good to my ears and ANC is good enough - Best design by far, on par with M4. Big win here if you want to wear them outside. Least amount of space above your ears - Light weight Cons - The cups are oval. - No case included. - Build quality isn't the best. There's a line at the top of the headband that shows how the pieces were put together. These headphones are nearly perfect for me. Everything you want at the "good enough" standard. I don't think there's any competition around it's price tag. More expensive wireless headphones could be better in some aspects but I feel like a lot of it is personal preference.
How is the transparency mode? I use the Anker Q30 because they have the best transparency other than AirPods Max and I use one headset for work (transparency) and travel (anc)
The anker are HUGE tho and have a horrible fit for my head.. I mean theyre big as in the smallest size setting, they are still made for someone with a giant head. Falls off super easy
@@EstaDePiPi I bought it on Facebook market cuz prime, best buy and amazon didn't support delivery location on my country, so I look it up on Facebook market and got the QC45 with just 160$, brand new with full box, and it's genuine lol
So what would you recommend? Accentum or Sony XB910n. I’m looking a for a mid tier headphone for a trip. I could also go for the new Bose quietcomfort. I just want something with decent bass but also decent ANC. I needs to be comfy cause I’ll also use it for work in office. I have been looking at Bose 700, Bose quietcomfort 45, Momentum 4, and the two mentioned above. I’m avoiding the XM5 because they look huge and I have the XM3 that I still think are great, but my wife will use it on the trip so I’m here debating on what to get myself that is sorta mid tier or low top tier.
Hi there! If you want the best bang-for-buck, and you're stuck between the Sennheiser ACCENTUM or Sony WH-XB910N, then I'd suggest you go for the Sennheiser. It offers a few advantages over Sony's option, including USB-C wired listening, longer battery life, aptX adaptive codec support, and lower price tag. You should check out our full reviews on both headphones on our website for more information. Hope this helps. Happy listening! - Harley
Thank! I’ve actually watch the reviews and was still stuck. But I will take your suggestion. I’ll order the Accentums, they are newer and cheaper. Seems like a well rounded headset for the money. Thanks 🙏🏽
Hi, I was wondering if these headphones had a "normal mode", I mean if it is possible to use them with both anc and transparency switched off, can someone help me?
The Sennheiser ACCENTUM appears to be the better choice for most people, and the one we'd recommend over the Betas in most cases. This is based on our combination of product review experience and lab results. Then again, some people may find the Beats perfect for their needs.
I am looking to buy a new headphones and I am thinking between Bose qc45 refurbished from Bose for 185 with taxes and ATH M50xbt2 new at 195 with taxes. I don't mind ANC. I heard the qc45s don't have true ANC off, instead they will be on the aware mode. For the ATHs, heard they are bit too tight and discomfortable. Need suggestions.
If ANC is not your top priority, then you can't go wrong with the Sennheiser ACCENTUM. They offer more new features than the QC45, and sport a more comfortable build than the ATH-M50xBT2. Be sure to read our full reviews on our website for more information. Hope this helps! Happy listening! :D
The ANC of the qc45 is amazing. I don’t use the aware mode as much though, but as far as I can tell it is quite good. It’s true though that you can’t turn off ANC, it’s either in noise canceling mode or aware mode. So no way to save battery life by turning it off entirely.
@@LukeHarkonnen It is not even about battery life, I don't like to listen to music all the time with ANC. It gives me a headache. Seen that these accentums are also doing the same. Any thoughts on the M50x bt2 ?
From what I've experienced trying headphones on in stores, lately everything has been better than Bose. Im still using my Sony wh1000 xm3s. I can't find anything in my price range that can compare. Great video though.

The cups being oval is a con? I've always seeen reviewers call that a pro seeing how, you know, the human ear isn't round.
