- 1932 was only the third time the national political conventions were broadcast, and it was by far the most complete coverage, with many stations carrying network feeds of the Democratic convention for more than 11 hours across the three days.
This half-hour recording of Roosevelt's acceptance speech is available along with several other radio addresses at www.fdrlibrary.... There are other excerpts of this speech on RUclips, but this is the most complete so far.
