Love the update and glad you removed the electric fence since was not pretty. Garden reminds me of a Hawaiian lanai garden. Add some elephant ears, monstera plants and fuller plants.

You did the right thing by replacing the stones with bermuda because the stones only make it warmer and put a lot of plants. I saw that before and I thought before while watching the video of the previous owner why not just bermuda especially since it's so hot in the Philippines.

Ow hey!!! you are the couple that bought the Armstrong House!!! CONGRATS YOU TWO!!! I wish someday I could convince the wife to move back to the Philippines... Solar power is more practical in a 3rd world country as the installation cost is very modest and the workmanship is just as good if not better than in a 1st world countries but without the ridiculous installation fees!!!. This is also a great option as the kwh in the Philippines is ridiculously high @ .21 cents per kwh and the power grid is not very reliable... Im the Philippines, it is sunny 80% of the time and when it rains, it will wash the solar panels clean! lol so it is self cleaning haha. Looks like your location is near the beach, so it is not as hot as other places, thus extends the life of your solar panels.
Yes we think solar is great option in the Philippines for the all the reasons you mentioned! Good luck with convincing the wife about moving back LOL and thanks for supporting our channel

You did the right thing by replacing the stones with bermuda because the stones only make it warmer and put a lot of plants. I saw that before and I thought before while watching the video of the previous owner why not just bermuda especially since it's so hot in the Philippines.

Solar power is more practical in a 3rd world country as the installation cost is very modest and the workmanship is just as good if not better than in a 1st world countries but without the ridiculous installation fees!!!. This is also a great option as the kwh in the Philippines is ridiculously high @ .21 cents per kwh and the power grid is not very reliable... Im the Philippines, it is sunny 80% of the time and when it rains, it will wash the solar panels clean! lol so it is self cleaning haha. Looks like your location is near the beach, so it is not as hot as other places, thus extends the life of your solar panels.
Yes we think solar is great option in the Philippines for the all the reasons you mentioned! Good luck with convincing the wife about moving back LOL and thanks for supporting our channel

Wow making so many changes to the house the Armstrongs built. Funny he preached how functional functional it was. LOL Surprised you are also going to rip everything out; kitchen bathrooms. Why didn't you just build your own house! 🤔 To each there own. The only thing I agree with is ditching that eyesore of an electric fence. On a positive note ....great landscaping!😉👍🏻
