I can really really relate to the friend thing. I've dedicated my life to financial freedom and I can't relate to anyone. Me and my coworkers make a decent wage and they spend their time buying cars and motorcycles and travelling to other countries. Meanwhile here I am living in my car trying to clean my credit up so that I can get a cheap apartment. They like to talk about dating all day and I have 0 time for a woman. I spend all my time finding new ways to make money and have no patience for women who just wanna waste my time and start drama. Dating just seems like a pointless dumb thing to do right now, why would I date when I can't even buy clothes. I completely relate to you although I'm sure your better off maybe, one thing I know for sure is when we both get our ish together one thing that'll be for certain is that we worked for it. No one can deny that, no one can say were priveleges or had anything handed to us, well always know we deserve everything we get and we'll have no patience for bs! Idk if it means anything to you but I stopped giving a crap about friends stories simply by leaning into my own lane. Maybe your friends travel alot, if you don't have money for that be the interesting friend who does something else, maybe you do karate or art or photography, or hiking, have your own stuff to talk about separate from what they talk about, like I always talk about boxing to friends and making money since that's literally all I do lol some people I'll talk about history and nerdy shit, I just lean into my interests then I never feel left out, but I totally feel you tho
