That was a sound adventure. Spearfishing and surfing are the way to go. To be honest, most Canadians never get out for a chance to spearfish or surf. Have you been to Tofino? It was awesome to see that you walked into a camp with no stress. Only the wolves and bears were around with you guys.
Oh. My. Gosh. THIS is unbelievable! I don’t know how you all did it BUT you did it! That all I can say about it-there aren’t ANY words to express what I saw, felt, heard, etc! I’m in total awe!
What an epic trip! Nice edit! See you out there! 🤙🏻🌊🤙🏻 (One thing: your sound designer used a red tailed hawk sample for the bald eagle lol, thought you might want to know 🙏🏻)
Just had another look and gotta say i love your opening shot in the kelp. With some sinister music in the bg it would be a great opener for the sequei to the Shape of Water
Wow, lovely little film. You really captured the essence of the place - misty, green and wet, with lotsa salal. BTW Did you see any cougar tracks, the coast is crawling with 'em
Hey thanks Gene. I am pretty sure we saw some cougar tracks but im not 100% sure what im looking at when it comes to paw prints lol. They're definitely out there.
@@dave6144 Hey Dave thanks for the comment man. Hope all is well. We had heard that there were shacks but the whereabouts were very vague. We had no idea what to really expect. It was definintely a sweet moment when we found it though! As for the foam mannequin, no i don't recall seeing anything that fits that description haha

Dropped off in a float plane for a surf sesh?? ... this is already epic.
Thanks Rob! Yeah it was an epic trip for sure. The floatplane was pretty clutch!
Nice to see the campsite is still there, I spent a week there in October 1995..... it hasn't changed much.

Did you see the styrofoam mannequin at the shack? That was mine :) Good to see you having some great local adventures Jeremy
I love how you guys randomly discovered the shak and didn't know about it. Would have been quite surreal experience.
Thanks for bringing me back with the great vid!
