Brethren, thank you so much for sharing the historic and biblical view of the church that Christ started.
I love the Doctrines of Grace especially from the Primitive Baptist perspective.
Unfortunately in this neck of the woods there are no congregations to attend. Thank you so much for sharing.
    God bless you.
    Your brother in Christ.
    Eph 1:3.

This was a wonderful podcast to listen to on RUclips.
I'm coming to know the Primitive Baptists in my early 60s, after years of in Reformed Churches. Pastor Gowens' Basic Bible Doctrines and Pastor Wise' What is a Primitive Baptist? were the first two books by modern Primitive Baptist writers that I read. Previously, I read the 1st and 2nd London Confessions of Faith, the Baptist Catechism attributed to Benjamin Keach, and Beddome's expansion of the Baptist Catechism. Of course, I hard read books and sermons by Charles Haddon Spurgeon. So, I knew about Baptists who preached the Doctrines of Grace. However, the way Primitive Baptists do things looks like the New Testament Church after Pentecost, but in our time.
There is no Primitive Baptist church up here in Minnesota. However, even for an old disabled guy like me, there is the internet. There is also the grace of God!

Since there's no church in your part of the country are you able to find fellowship online and worship privately at home?

wow. "original"???? thats laughable! i have over 300 articles of faith of "Primitive Baptists" in the time period 1833 to 1888. ALL of them say the elect shall be "CONVERTED, regenrated, sancitfied and glorified. ALL of them say "the elect shall PERSEVERE and none shall be finally lost" BUT when u read the PB articles of faith NOW, the word "converted" has been deleted, and the word "Perseverance" has been changed to "preserved". NO baptist before the civil war taught that the means of gospel preaching had no bearing on eternal salvation. also. about 40% of PB were NOT predestinarian and believed general atonement. the Eastern District PB Association, the Southern District PB's, Oak Grove PB's. the Hiwasse PB's, the Original Tennessee PB's the Beulah PB's are ALL still in existence and do NOT believe in limited atonement, and they believe one must HEAR and BELIEVE the gospel in order to be saved. the hyper calvinist faction of PB's were infected by the two-seed doctrine and CHANGED their original doctrine. ALSO. what is said about baptists all being the same until 1833 is a LIE. the Separate Baptists were general atonement, the General Six Princilple Baptists were also, as well as the Seventh Day Baptists, the United Baptists and the General Baptists in England which predate the Particular Baptists by 80 years. NONE of the Anabaptists hold to eternal security and teach salvation can be lost, and baptize by pouring. the hyper calvinist PB's are well known to be liars by any valid historian
