Yeah this is great. But the lack of communities or neighborhoods that allow boat parking on YOUR property is minimal. I can't believe how incredibly difficult it is to find a house in FLORIDA where you can park your boat.
Boating capital but 90% of neighborhoods don't allow boat parking. Stupid!
