Yeah, for waterparks you need the Soaked version. Not trying to say stuff but you could try THE method which you have to be a PIRATE but keep the authorities at BAY.

It's considered a Pathway item not a Waterpark item. You can/should be able to find it where u find things like Benches and Garbage Bins and stuff like that

It is the Splash expansion pack. The platinum RCT3 comes with splash and wild exspansion packs.
