Imagine speeding downhill and deciding to coast. Now imagine the 3rd degree road rash on your ass when you forget you don't have a seat.

I have one, I think the handlebar is a bit on the short side. I will be trying a wider stanced bar and see how it works

how does it perform on a really bumpy road and uphill? Stable to ride in a straight line on a bad road? (no wiggling to help balance like the video)

Have in mind that riding a Halfbike feels best on flat surfaces. Of course you can ride it on a bumpy road or cobblestone but it's just not all that fun anymore. In terms of stability it's OK given that the rider has enough practice and pays attention to where he's going.

Honestly once you get the hang of it you can ride on rough terrain as well. I've ridden in the woods, on sidewalk, jumped over stairs and gaps. When you learn to balance it it is no problem at all.

How much is the average speed on flat surface?

A typical cruising speed on flat ground is around 20kph / 13mph. All in all, consider riding a Halfbike as being a little slower than riding a regular bicycle.

Useless video, where are the specs or differences with the former models?
