Lea is a one trick pony she does great solos. But she can not tone it down to really work with others in group songs or not try to over power her duet partner. That makes her a less talented performer.
Let's be honest though. Rachel was definitely a more annoying character than Quinn, who was a much more sympathetic character, but Lea Michele could act and sing circles around Diana Agron.

She has sat in the derictors chair. These are facts. Heck Lea has done how many albums two maybe three at most? Her ego has hurt her career on TV. Her behavior as a diva has turned off most who worked with her and they have spread the word in Hollywood. So unless she learns how to be a better person and how to make real apology her career maybe over. Now I may seem like I hate her but I don't. I think she could be a real talent if she gets over herself. Also remember Murphy wrote Rachel with Lea as his inspiration. He wanted her for that role. He wanted her to be the big star. He hated Dianna cause she gave Quinn humanity and fans loved her for it. Now as the guy in charge he got a say in storylines, who got to sing what and which takes were used in final cut of show. Given what he himself has said about treating some of the cast badly and his stated dislike for Quinn cause Dianna made people love her. It is not hard to believe that Murphy did everything he could to make people dislike quinn. Case in point the repetitive storyline in season two. The fact he had Quinn go off the deep end season three. I believe any short comings with the show from any actor or actress in the show not named Lea belong squarely at the feet of the guy who played favorites!

Same. I personally have always liked their voices better. Quinn might not be a vocal powerhouse, but you do not need to be in order to sing well. In fact, I actually prefer the soft texture in her voice.
