saying the price isn't worth it because "it isn't the best thing ever like elden ring" is just stupid the game looks to acomplish to what it wants to do, a minigame collection, mario party is 60$ and I see no one saying it's bad because it's a full prize minigame collection the only thing I will agree it's that it is boring because that's just a opinion aspect
But Mario is fun because you can play with others, this is a single player mini game simulator, you can play better mini games for free on the App Store lol price does matter a lot. This does not compare to Mario party.
I've played the game for a good number of hours now. Definitely if you go into the game expecting an action spy game, you're going to be dissappointed. The premise is that Anya's school assignment is to create a photo diary, so you are trying to capture memories in photogaphs both of everyday life and during your outings. I think knowing what you are getting into is a really important aspect of this game. You need to know where to set your expectations. The gameplay follows a pretty standard gameplay loop and that can start to get bland after a while. That said, it's a pretty wholesome feel-good game and Anya really is quite adorable and it really shows a "happy family life" that some wish they could have experienced themselves. If you approach the game from this perspective of being a slice of life type of game about photography, you can enjoy the game more than if you had your heart set on an action game. The price is a very fair criticizm. It absolutely is too expesive for what it offers. Especially when you add in the price of the DLC, which is $20 itelf for some bonus items and costumes. It's really hard to justify spending $70 on this game, and even though I have been enjoying it, I really can't recommend it to anyone else at that price point. But definitely keep your eyes open for a sale in the future. If this game gets a sale and drops to about $20 or less, that's worth picking it up. You can get $20 worth of enjoyment out of it. I wouldn't call it a bad game. It's clear they put in a real effort on this one, and it really is well animated with deightful characters, and some genuinely fun mini games. But he high price for admission simply cannot be over-looked. A great game to snag on sale. But certainy not full price.
To be honest that wasn’t my only reason, it is expensive and the game really is kind of bring that was my reasoning I was going to give it a 5 but $50 for this small amount of content is insane 😅
Not agreeing or disagreeing but what about Mario Party? These games usually are 50-60 and don't have more than 18-20 mini games without paying extra and that's only probably 3 more
@@BeardedHobbit A popular license like Spy x Family assures more sales. If this would be a game about little Horst who spends his holidays in Cologne, nobody would be interested in it.

Agree 👍
@@BeardedHobbitnigga no you don’t agree you gave it a 3/10 😂
Rating games based off price doesn't make sense... is it still a 3/10 if you get it on sale later or as a gift?

the guy just removed my commentary LOL
Sorry just don’t like swearing in the comments
So they charge triple-A for a cheap cashgrab game and then can't even be bothered to dub it into English? Is Bandai for real right now?
Yeah come on 🤦♂️
Thanks for the review, looks fun but I think I’ll wait till it hits $25 or lower to buy
Agreed it’s not but just not $50
I still want to try this game but definitely not for $50. $20, maybe $25 seems like the fair price to me.
Same here but for me the suitable price is more like 15 dollars tops honestly
Agreed 🫡

You can play with others that is a big difference it’s a party game.
@BeardedHobbit I'm fairly certain the best value party games are indie games not name brand
It’s not really a party game if you can only play by yourself 😅
The price is too high
So true

30 of the 50 Dollars are only for the successful license.
Haha true should have made a better game if the license cost that much 😂
