    A mi tampoco me funcionaba. Mi ubicación es España. En la APP cambie al inicio la ubicación, puse USA, y funcionando sin problemas.

    Hello guys.I had the same issue but I fixed it after days of trying hard.look if its not yours you cant fix the problem.if its yours you should sign in with your first account and pay attention to the region.remove the base station and the cameras then you can reconnect the hub with another account or the same old one

      Thank you, thank you, thank you...... I thought I would never solve the issue...... I mean I thought I tried everything..... Then I came across your fix and it worked.... I changed from UK to USA and viola it connected.....
      So listen to this it's a solid fix....

      This also worked for me. I deleted all cameras. I then uninstalled the app. I reinstalled the app but on the first screen I changed my region to USA from UK. I logged in with my original logins and the camera connected to the base station first time 🎉
