Re: the final two seconds. I wish I could hear the full track of Lo-fi Chillhop Goobertunes that you can Relax/Study to
Right?!
You have quite a treasure there in that cubic gate! Merry xmas!
Thank you Brent! And thanks for being a part of it.
I always dig your cinematography. The lighting and shallow depth of field feel so cozy.
Thank you! The trick is; my depth of field is so low because my lighting is terrible!
Such a cozy intro! I loved watching this video and seeing all the incredible detail you put into this! Lucky to have ya as a friend 🤗 Tell Sasha dog I say hi 🙋♀️
Awww, thank you
That’s so cool! I like all of the geometric patterning you designed all over the cube. And the washes are really effective!
Thank you!
I love how each piece of the cube is unique and distinct from the others! The flocking is a nice added detail too. Very cool!
Thank you!
Props are awesome! They give the game that extra realism touch! I think that's cool! 😇
I love this so much, and it's so cool that you guys got Goobertown Hobbies to help. The four of you made such incredible art, I can't get enough of these videos!
Thank you! It was fun to do and Im glad you enjoyed it!
Well done. I especially like that you chose to split everything into chunks!! The close-ups made the ingenuity obvious. Have a happy new Year and stay healthy - you and the loved ones of course.
Thank you very much! Same to you and yours.
I love this, but 8 plane of existence?!! It is 2020 and things can all become real. 🤣 Great job guys!
Gobbertown sorting names was funny!
Why have 6 when you can have 8?
😍💀 Squiggly sutures at 3:17
Gotta add those skully details!
I’m so stoked how this turned out. I knew you were gonna make something cool out of the cubic gate. The details of this thing is soooo good. I’m literally pausing and staring at the screen.
Thanks man! Im glad you like it and thank you for picking it for me. It was fun trying to make each section unique.
That cube looks super mystical. What a great prop!
Thanks!
Really cool. Looked like a fun build
Thanks Bill
So many tiny details, it turned out great! Happy Holidays!
Thank you! Happy Holidays!
Saw you on miscast and I had to go check you out, your project was by far my favorite.
Thanks :)
I love the randomness of this project! Too bad my brain can't work like this.
LSD and sleep deprivation = artifical imagination.
@@Berserkerworks If LSD helped you and H. R. Giger, maybe I should try it too! At least I already have sleep deprivation. :D
@@Nosculptor What could go wrong???
Blasphemous! Save me Jebus!
I am enjoying watching goobs as an elf in all four of these videos. It never gets old. Btw how did you sculpt this without squishing detail on the sides you weren’t working on? Did you bake multiple times?
Goobs is the best elf! And yes thats how I did it. Sculpt, bake, sculpt, bake. Same idea with painting. Paint a few bits, then clear coat so I didn't rub anything off with my fingers.
Bill, dude, that Cubic Gate is AWESOME and I want one. Great job all around and Merry Christmas!
Thanks! You too!
Pretty epic
This is a brilliant interpretation of the cubic gate. I might have to steal this idea!
Glad you like it :)
nice job.
Merry christmas i hope u are having an amazing holiday Berserkerworks :D
Thank you, I hope the same for you.
🤘🍻🤘
Oh man! First!
Super awesome, are you using oils while painting the cube? I mean at least the "washes"?
Thanks man! Yes, I used oil paints to do the weathering on a few of the sections.
Awesome build, I want to make something similar :)
What made you decide to keep the cube whole rather than paint in subassembly and and put together at the end? You kept all the paint where it should have gone but I feel like I'd be super worried about getting the paint on the wrong section haha.
Thanks! I painted the cube in two halves to try and stop from smudging paint around. I left it whole because I didnt want the extra work. If you are worried just paint one at a time, sealing and masking it off as you go along. Also, dont worry about perfection and just have fun!
What were those cards with the runes he had?
Also any knows any great sources for fantasy runes?
They are a Tarot deck of sigils.
So you made a 2x2 ghost cube eh?
I had to look at up, but yeah, I guess so!
