Ive just DMR'd my MTW forged 1.86 joules on 0.43s and there's a huge difference from when it was 1.14 joules on 0.32s. Fully upgraded its an absolute beast now. Waiting on my custom gen 3 build to be done.
Looks like your MTW went from zero to hero in no time! I bet it's ready to dominate the field now. Keep up the great work!

QUESTION. Had my Polarstar Jack build for years, runs amazing, just over 80psi on the reg to hit 285 with .3s (legal uk limit). The fps is super consistent and very efficient.
I’ve recently for a MTW wolverine and immediately using the same tank and reg set up it was only shooting at 250fps so had to up the reg to over 100psi to get the same fps reading, although my fps is about 270 but super inconsistent, one minute it’s 265, then after firing a few bursts it will sit at 280 before dropping again to 270’ISH’. And if I leave it for about a minute the first shot comes out at 320fps and then they’re back to a very inconsistent 270. So far the wolverine seems super unreliable regarding these statistics, the only thing that’s good is the receivers 😂😂 I’ve read it could be low nozzle dwell but I’ve already had to increase the fps let alone the dwell, if I gotta do that it’s going to be EVEN MORE inefficient! Could it be seals within the engine itself being silly letting air slip? Any other option I’ve ruled out because of how great my Polarstar build is using the same mags and hop rubbers etc etc
Let’s pretend like you know nothing about airsoft, and start there.
Did you do this?
- clean the barrel
- re lube the engine to make sure it’s not dirty and to much lube on it
- did you check if nozzle is damaged?
- did you check if the hop is installed correctly? Like is the nub/bucking and hop unit seated correctly.
- did you set your dwell to your bb wright and PSI as wolverine said?
- barrel messed up?
If you did all of this and it’s not very consistent then there is something wrong maybe.
My mtw goes like this just did a test.
95 psi 1,92j 0,40’s and have a jukes veriation or 0,02 that’s like a 1 to 2 fps variation.. could also be horrible bucking/nub setup to your climate.

@ barrels clean, engines as lubed as my Jack build, hop/rubbers are the same as my Jack build, nozzles fine, everything’s clean, barrels fine as it flies really well every time, hop is seated perfectly etc etc, I’m going to start with my dwell, the dwell on my Jack is set perfectly, I’m going to start on my MTW ‘fps fix’ with adjusting the dwell while testing fps outcomes regarding fluctuations
@ dwell for mtw is very important, and inferno don’t work with all buckings, some the lips are to long on.
@@kaslab mate just so you know, I sorted my MTW, turns out the dwell was super low, adjusted it, chrono’d it etc, all working sweet as a nut now. Thankyou for your prompt replies

In Russia - 2.4J for Full Auto and 2.7J for Single DMR. The weight of the bbs does not matter :)

Your probably the first guy to say what joules you use in a video, I see comments from people in the UK all the time saying why can’t my stock MTW lift .4’s and higher out the box and at 1.14 joules your not. Very informative video for new players 👍 not a fan of rhop though I think it’s outdated with how far hop rubbers have come that’s just my opinion.
I’m very happy it helps, I always try to make videos so everyone is informed and not mislead… since most RUclipsrs likes to keep everything a secret.. I don’t care I just want to help improve the airsoft community just a little if I can.

S-hop is just an r-hop patch made of sugru (moldable glue)

I have had my gen 2 billet mtw for about a year now and it stock and I mostly run .32 or .36 g bbs and it shoots like a dream but I do plan on fully upgrading it with the si hop new bucking unit new barrel new electronics

Love you to be honest... i play most of the times DMR. and even i have to say to be realistic one tap shots are so rare if the distant is further away then 65 mtr. The Wind, brand of bb, weight of bb, air volume and sealing, hop- up, bore and lenght of the inner barrel. When you really get it to work it takes a couple of upgrades. Sometimes same upgrade but with another hop - up rubber. Sometimes you have to complete dissasemble the whole thing for a new piston from another brand, because it don't work with that cilinder or otherwise. Have to say even a MTW has is flaws. There are just a couple of AEG's that are precisely tuned that can reach 70 mtr. If you tuned it over and over again
Im glad you like the content and I always try to be as honest as possible ( even though it makes sponsors annoyed sometimes) but I gotta stay honest and real.. And yeah a high pricetag dosent mean good range.. I just got done making a shooting test on the ASG scorpion I upgraded a little and its pretty cheap and I am getting 80m shots at 1.2J with .40's so yeah.. ; )

I am only 90PSi to get 2,25J with my SPR, stock settings for gorilla FCU is 180.. I have a channel on my discord where it shows my settings,

@@kaslab To be honest, I think 1.3J is more than enough, but in my opinion sniper replicas with bolt-action should have a small upper limit. If you look closely, in Japan they play with a 1J limit and it works well...
In the Netherlands 1.2J with .30 is max for cqb,
Dmr/spr 1.7j with .30 but youre allowed to shoot .40 max
Sniper (bolt action) 2.3J with .30 and also allowed to shoor max .40
The .30 is for the fps tests for both dmr and bolt action.
People forget to think about this, so when people don’t understand why some shoot a lot longer then other a simple answer could just be… higher jules/fps..

Due to non rifling on airsoft replica's you are bound by the laws of physic's with regard to accuracy range. The mass of the ball. The size (volume) of the ball. The initial (muzzle) velocity of the ball. So, when you ask how can you improve your accuracy first question should be : What weight BB are you shooting ?> We know everyone is utilizing 6mm size. And next is what velocity are you shooting at? Adding the final multiplier were all fighting , gravity ,what hop up combo you utilizing?

Denmark is one of those countries that have next to zero FPS limits lol. Hence why his platforms can shoot so far. In the UK 350 fps for AR. 450 for Semi Auto and 500fps Sniper.I think Kaslab might die inside if he regularly played in UK.

Just to be clear, an MTW is a great system, but it doesnt do anything any other system cant, it shoots a bb at a cirten joule and thats it.
Many other systems can do the same if setup is done right.

bro 1.69 joules is NOT cqb, we have outdoor fields here where the limit is 1.5 ~1.6 for everything not dmr / sniper, depending on which field you are and they insinst on a 10m minimum engagement distance, everything under your forced to your backup.
1.7 joules explains a lot, but you mentioned that in your videos earlier so, no surprise there
2.2 to 2.9 joules is just crazy, escpeically if your rofs not limited.
but yeah, alot of range is just simple high energy to begin with. the rest is tuning :D
