150 grams of cheese /5.3 oz.
Parsely.
Italian herbs.

This is a much different recipe than I normally cook. I made it 3 days ago and it was delicious. I almost always have some kind of meat with dinner but I didn't with this recipe and didn't miss it either. This one went in my permanent recipe book.

I'm literally making it as we speak. I was going to make a pizza when I saw this recipe. I had all the ingredients already and it's in the oven!!!

@@Misslotusification I added quite a bit more spices than the original recipe - paprika, garlic, fresh rosemary & parsley, as well as green & red Bell peppers, and I substituted Vidalia onions, Swiss cheese with mozzarella, Parmesan & Romano cheeses - since I only had small amounts of each. I also added the hard, grated Italian cheeses to the egg & potato mixture so the cheese would be embedded throughout the cooking process.
...and, IT IS GONE! My family devoured it, so it was excellent.
