Yes the short one with the hat is the captain ( the leader) and lol I get it, when I first get into groups I found out that giving them little nicknames would help me remember who they were so I could put the name to the faces. So when I got into Ateez I watched the guide and when they got to Seonghwa (the one with the grillz and tattoo on his neck) I used to call him daddy long legs LOL because he has really long legs so once I got used to him then I remembered his name. So whatever works for you love is all that matters.
