Just picked up the Ready Rig GS Pro and it is awesome! Super quick and easy setup and breakdown. Really nice construction quality overall, definitely worth the money.
this rig has saved my back and improved my shots. Thanks guys for designing such a major improvement for hand ehled stabilized shots!
This is by far the best piece of equipment I have ever purchased, it just works! Thank you for an awesome product.
It looks like the gimbal support is very easy to setup. This is perhaps the best gimbal support on the market. Can't wait until my Ready Rig arrives. For the price, it is a good value. You get a well built padded harness vest, well designed support belt, and professionally machined metal parts. A gimbal support system is a must have item if you are going to be using a gimbal.
Thank you so much for the quick guide!
LOL! You guys have made this look so simple, I'm in. I plan on picking one up in December. Had the Ronin for a little over a year. I will honestly say, I didn't think at first the weight would be an issue. I own a black magic cinema camera and it was cool at first, but aside from trying to pretend I had it, I let it sit in my room long enough to say I didn't. No one pays the amount we pay for the Ronin and not let it be used. Now I've picked up a Sony FS700 and its like I just couldn't trust purchasing some DIY in appearance Support Vest, but you guys nailed it. It looks professional, Carbon Fiber, brainstorming is evident. I couldn't trust some lake swan fishing wire like some of the other vest. I love what you'll have done. Again, I'm in. Just out of curiosity, I'm trying to find the dovetail for the Ronin and the FS700. I have been searching and searching, but no luck. I don't want to purchase an extender for the arms as I keep seeing, but I recall seeing it a while back and I can't find it for anything. If you'll sell something like that, not the extender arm, I'm in on that too.
I look forward to getting my hands on this today =)
genial gracias muy claro y directo como debe de ser
Would have been nice if he had worn a light-colored t-shirt so we could see the adjustments he made to the vest.
What does the bungee attach to at the bottom. There isn’t a complete assembly walk through anywhere. Does it matter where and how one or both bungees are attached. What was the company’s thought process for best practice.
Question from a newbie: Is there a way to attach a gimbal like the DJI Ronin RS2 ( or something similar ) to a simpler and cheaper chest or shoulder harness/mount so I could walk/hike with it for a long time and not have to hold it just with my arms ? I am not a professional videographer so I can't afford anything like the Ready Rig. Thank you for your help.
i hope my search for my Ronin support ends here. i want to buy one when it will be available ?
Have the Ronan MX Grip Ring. In order to get Spindles for the Ready Rig to hold the Grip Ring, what size are the grip (bar) to fit the spindles. Are they 30mm bars?
well done (:
very close to picking this up! how is it with a heavier rig like F55 around 20lbs - ty !!!
Hi Simon, our system can easily handle 20lbs. Suggested max payload is 30 lbs on our Ready Rig GS system and 40 lbs on the ProArm system. If you're based in LA, swing by our office for a demo. Email sales@ready-rig.com to schedule.
