Of course it is difficult to have a rather "specialized" conversation in a foreign language. I for myself started learning English at the age of 10 which helped. Also, I am getting exposed to English way more than you do with German I presume^^ So don't let it get you down, you're doing great!
Omg du verstehst mich 🥹 I can have a very shallow conversation in a few topics in German, but I should try and find focus on a topic I can talk about in depth. Ich bin sicher, dass ich bald das finden werde. Englisch ist auch überall, aber du bist stimmt - German is hard to come across! I’ve dedicated to spending a few hours purely on watching and reading German stuff though so fingers crossed 🤞Danke für deine Unterstützung
